Super nice young farm, with lovely decorated cottages with wood-fired KolKol hottubs. We loved the breakfast, it's all so nice and charming at this farm. We could use the SUP and canoes at the water, but the wind was a bit too strong when we were there. But great vibes, amazing view, good location to explore Stanford / Hermanus area :-)

It was self service but the kitchen was well equipped and the hosts provided extras like beer, wine and milk. The hosts were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location in a spacious quiet safe haven outside Stanford was ideal with an easy commute to Hermanus and views of the mountains.

Andy's and his wife who hosted us are two wonderful people. We had a warm welcome and immediately felt at home. The garden with its swimming pool is cosy and peaceful. The ideal place to energize the body and mind. Everything is clean and well equipped. We would like to visit again. Then we will stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming farmhouse, nestled in amongst trees and uphill of a wooded river corridor. The space was very tranquil, with donkeys, sheep and chickens passing through at various times of the day. We also loved the continuous birdsong. The beds were comfortable and rooms a comfortable size. The hosts were exemplary and very helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful time.

    Perfect position with an absolutely stunning view. Everything is so well thought out to make your stay amazing. Attention to detail. Awesome design with natural materials that keep it warm and comfortable on even the coldest evenings. Very tastefully decorated to make it feel like home. Even healthy houseplants on show. Quality kitchen utensils for self-catering. Welcome basket of beautiful fresh produce from the farm. Nothing lacking. Would score it higher than 10 if I could. Can’t wait to go again.

    We chose this location for the pet-friendly policy and the fenced in self-catering cottage. We liked the location, the tranquility, the staff friendliness (were not introduced to any owners), the rolling lawns, the farm animals grazing in the fields and dam, the fact there was a restaurant on-site 8am to 5pm and that we did not have to leave the premises for 4 days. This is one of the nicest stays locally, especially that its pet-friendly. Highly recommended and we will return.
