The apartment was fantastic, and the location was perfect for us. Our host was in constant contact with us to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Checking in and out was so easy as our host provided instructions and photographs. We will 100% choose to stay here again.

Featuring air conditioning, this unit has a dressing room and a fireplace. The property has an outdoor dining area. The apartment feels larger than 120sqm. Its 250m from a playground. There is a Saturday market next to the playground (which our toddler loved). Another playground about 30 minutes stroll around the lake. There are easily a weeks worth of enjoyable day trips. Supermarkets around the corner, which the Swiss seem to love. Kitchen is excellent. Note: We restarted the internet box when we arrived because it was running sluggishly, worked fast after that.

Clean, warm, comfortable, modern and well equipped. We had everything we needed and appreciated the labels on the cupboards so it easy to find glasses, cups, plates etc. The shower was great and the separate shampoo, conditioner and body wash was appreciated. As was the welcome coffee pods. The self check in instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the private parking space was very handy to the unit. It is only a few minutes walk from Lake Lugano and a short walk into the town centre. Ana communicated very well and checked to see everything had gone well.
