The hostel is situated in a perfect location in the village center. Situated a 80 meters from the main road, so very quiet. Supermarket, bakery, Best Coffee and the company for booking rafting and other tours are at walking distance. In the morning you can hike opposite of the road to the nature reserve for birdwatching; and there are so many species of birds! In the afternoon you can walk to the river and have a swim or dip in to it to cool off. I booked a private room with private bathroom and the rooms are very big, so you can stay with 4 persons. The hostel has a lovely view, expect Ara's and many multicolored birds in the backyard snacking from the banana's. The owner Maria is so warm and friendly, and there are 2 lovely dogs who want to be friends with you as soon as you arrive. The facilities in the kitchen are very good. Everything is super clean and tidy, value for money is superb!

Ample room for the entire family. Lots of room for the kids to play with their toys. Really clean and comfortable. Tomás is extremely helpful and responsive. The breakfast!! Delicious. I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know visiting La Paz.

The guest house is equipped with 2 separate bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and microwave, and a living room. Guests can take in the views of the mountain from the balcony, which also has outdoor furniture. This "Guest House" is huge. A family of 4+ could easily move in here and live comfortably. The back decks are beautiful to just sit and watch the jungle. It is a little way down the road from the city, which means it is quiet and very laid back. I had both a breakfast and a dinner while at the guest house. Both were great portions with a lot of variety, tasty, and well worth the money. Unfortunately, my schedule and Wendy's schedule didn't align for her bird tour. There was lots of flora and fauna to explore. My personal sightings included Toucans and a Morpha butterfly. I'm willing to bet that there was a lot I missed that Wendy could have found and shared!

Towels and bed linen are provided in the country house. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. Middle of the rainforest sits their cute little wood cabin. There is not glass only mesh windows which is nice but a bit loud in the night with animals and rain. The washroom is clean with warm water shower that requires a bit of tinkering to get. Wendy and her family was so nice to us even though we only stayed a day. The location is near the Tirimbina reserve so we stayed here for the night walk. Cute dog too! Hummingbirds were right outside the cabin feasting on flowers.

There is a seating area, a dining area and a kitchenette complete with a fridge, a stovetop and kitchenware. The property has an outdoor dining area. The location is fantastic: this cabana is quite remote in the middle of the jungle and in the morning we could spot monkeys and quite a few hummingbirds :) Additionally, the house is super well-kept and curated. We loved the outdoor kitchen and the comfy living room. Super recommend!!

Amazing place, house is luxurious and decorated with a good taste. Well equipped. You can feel that the owner has put a lot of heart into this place. Direct access to the river, you can even use kayaks. Nice veranda with hammocks to chill out and a barbecue place. Perfect place for a few days of peace and relax.

If you need budget accommodation, then this is definitely for you! There is a great big market nearby and many supermarkets, cafes, restaurants. It is very convenient to get the keys in the combination lock. The owner is very friendly and always in touch!
