Very good utilities, very clean. We had everything we needed in order to feel like home. Spacious apartment, very nice building, good area at 5 mins away from the main attractions. Easy with parking place and accessible from the airport and to the highway - in order not to be stuck in traffic. Although the roadworks are ongoing, they didn't bother our stay at all.

It was incredibly convenient to be so close to both a beautiful beach and the vibrant town center. This made it easy to enjoy both relaxing days by the sea and lively evenings exploring the local area. What truly stood out was its proximity to the bus station, making it incredibly simple to explore the rest of the island even without a car. This was a huge plus! Additionally, having a minimarket and a fantastic restaurant serving delicious local dishes nearby was incredibly convenient. Finally, and most importantly, the host was exceptional. They were incredibly helpful and kind, always available and willing to assist with any needs or questions I had throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly made a difference. If you're looking for a place to stay in Larnaka, or simply visiting the area, this is definitely the place to choose. I would highly recommend it to anyone!

This recently renovated aparthotel is located 7.8 km from Europe Square and 8 km from Larnaca Marina. The aparthotel has a rooftop pool with a pool bar, as well as spa facilities and a 24-hour front desk. Great experience! The staff were friendly and professional, and the atmosphere was stylish and welcoming. Excellent service and high-quality products. Highly recommended!
