This hostel is located on Berunes farm by the Ring Road and is 45 km from the village of Djúpivogur. Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen, and lounges. Free WiFi is available.

Guests can choose between rooms with private or shared bathroom facilities. Bed linen and towels are included. One of the nicest places we have visited during our Iceland trip. The view from our little room was amazing, a really wonderful atmosphere. I highly recommend to enjoy a dinner here, too. It has been the best food we had during our trip. The hosts are very sweet and welcoming and our experience at this hostel has been excellent.

I loved it, the cottage is huge and has all of the facilities needed.

The location was lovely - very gorgeous wee town, and a spectacular drive into the valley. The area around the apartment felt very safe, and, had it not been pouring with rain, would have been lovely to walk around. The old school house was beautifully appointed, super clean, and was a really good size. We appreciated the washing machine. The reception area was in the nearby bar/restaurant which we didn't eat at, but it looked really nice.
