Lack of wifi was not perceived as a minus, but as a plus: it's a great choice to make visitors focus on the surrounding beauties and live a more authentic experience (eg by stargazing and gathering on the private fireplace). The staff has been very friendly and helpful. Finally, the location is very convenient as it's close to many of the most important trails and viewpoints of the area.

The location was wonderful-close to the wadis and the sights and yet isolated enough to allow for amazing stargazing and quiet respite. The bedrooms are well appointed and the kitchen has an everything you need. The home owners provider bottled water for my stay. The owners met me at the property and ensured that I had everything I needed and showed me the property. They even offered to bring me food stuffs from town that I may have needed. They provided me with a tour of the local sites, a wonderful local restaurant and taught me so much about the life and people of Oman. The night sky was fantastic with stars from horizon to horizon. I would highly recommend this property for both families and singles.

For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. When we arrived at the property the owner was already waiting for us with the keys. He was very welcoming and helped us with our luggage. Asked us how much water needs to be filled in the swimming pool so that the kids are comfortable. The property was so green, mango trees were filled with ripe mangoes, banana trees, date trees and to add it up it was raining which made it more magical. The property was clean, impeccable and the fridge had mangoes and dates for us. Even the kitchen is filled with utensils so for a family you are not far away from your home
