GermanyExtremely friendly staff, very supportive and service oriented Front Desk and Lobby Lounge teams. Guest room like all areas of the hotel are very clean. Very well equipped gym and a pool big enough to really swim. Excellent breakfast buffet offering a wide variety of dishes from different Asian to European/ Continental styles. Very good coffee!!
The public areas of the hotel and of the Gandaria Mall which is directly next to the hotel are both packed with beautiful and impressive pieces of contemporary art.

I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.
