The room was very comfortable and clean, with a nice shower in the bathroom and I had a really lovely view.

The hotel is very good located. The personal is very nice/friendly and the rooms have been clean.

We loved it here!! Excellent views towards uptown Manhattan, club level inclusion of daily brekky, happy hour and all day access to club lounge and rooftop terrace was well worth it. Staff at front and bell desk always friendly, and little extras like a hot chocolate stand or popcorn stand in the lobby made for a festive feel. Close to two subways and could get anywhere in no more than 20min including walking to subway. Loved staying in the location - cannot recommend enough!

Location was fabulous, central, close to underground and walking distance to a great deal of the places we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good, as was dinner in the restaurant one evening we decided to eat there. Staff were super friendly and helpful too

The location and stunning view from the window, spacious and comfortable room and a very helpful staff. Great restaurant downstairs, little fridge, coffee and tea in the room, microwave and ATM at the reception. Easy connection to New York yet quiet and peaceful. We almost missed it when we had to move on, as if it was our home.

It is super convenient to get into Manhatten in around 30-40 minutes and a better value alternative to Manhatten hotel prices. The hotel sits at the end of the 7 Line. Nice property. The surrounding area is so-so, but we never felt unsafe walking around at night. Some great Asian restaurants/bars in the area.
