Sheraton is remarkable, but this stay was truly extraordinary thanks to Jack, who upgraded our room for a breathtaking experience with my husband. It was a delightful surprise, and his attention to detail was evident when he provided us with a fruit platter. Jack took the time to address the issues I had with my Bon Voy card, showcasing his dedication and care. He embodies the essence of exceptional service at Sheraton in Guangzhou and throughout China. Having traveled extensively, I've never encountered someone as proactive, kind, and patient as him. Thank you, Jack, for making my stay exceptional.

The transportation around the hotel is convenient. You can reach downtown Guangzhou by taking Metro Line 4 and Line 18. Through the Hua Nan Express, Hu Men Bridge, and The Nansha branch line of the Shenzhen-Zhongshan Link, cities such as Dongguan, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, and Zhuhai can be quickly accessed within an hour's drive.
