This 5-star hotel offers a kids' club and a 24-hour front desk. The property has a year-round outdoor pool, fitness centre, sauna and bar. My stay at the hotel was excellent, the staff were wonderful and the restaurant was good too. The children's play area is nice and the swimming pools are varied and very enjoyable. The hotel's location is good and close to the twin towers. I would like to thank the receptionist (Miss Zinia)for her excellent cooperation and meeting all my needs.

It features an outdoor swimming pool and guests can enjoy meals from 3 of the in-house dining options. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. Check in was fast and always helpful, as was the Concierge. Breakfast was very good, great selection and good quality. Both I and my partner loved the downstairs bar area, and the very helpful staff, and fun times had there. The evening barman (Vinho) made our stay so enjoyable we would not hesitate to stay there again when visiting Kuala Lumpur. The spa and sauna area were a standout for both me and partner.
