Ski Resorts in Ordino

Normally, Booking.com does me a dirty when booking places. I booked one night here and ended up staying for five. Upon my arrival I was met by staff and offered bag carrying. There is free parking out front ( snow brush and ice scraper available) or for 11 euros per night there is a garage. I had two dogs with me who slept in the vehicle, this was not an issue as all rooms are not road facing, if they had barked it would not have disturbed anyone. Just a two minute walk up the road is a trail to the river and park. Elleven minutes drive is Ordino Arcalis ski resort ( also free parking). My room had a heated floor, verypowerful shower that maintained a constant temperature always, big double bed, large TV with all apps, USB and plug sockets each side of the bed. Room has a fridge. The hotel's wifi is fast with a strong connection. Plenty of very nice towels, robes also at no additional charge ( makes a nice change). The room has a thermostat which has very little lag on bringing the temperature up or down, impressive in a large room. The cleaner is exceptionally thorough and the room was turned out beautifully every day even down to mopping the floors. The staff are totally on point, super helpful and accommodating. They arranged the veterinary appointment for my dogs travel back to UK at no extra charge also. My medical conditions ( allergies) were taken into consideration and my room allocated away from the restaurant ( note I did not eat in the restaurant so cannot comment outside of breakfast). My room had a lovelly balcony with views down the valley and of the river cascading down the rocks. The Spa: I used this twice. Once it was busy and quite noisy and another time I had the place to myself which was Bliss. The Spa was an additional fee for 90minute session. The hot stone beds being my favourite. I spent an hour on one ( there are four) listening to audio books.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Great facilities, well stocked with kitchen utensils. Cosy restaurant and a good breakfast.

Easy check-in & out facilities. Amazing views, and great and quiet location. A very spacious place even for a family.

Great appartment with all the expected facilities, basic kitchen for snacks and quick meals. Comfy and clean, nice bottom floor appartment with big window. Quiet location ideal for walking & climbing, not in a ski resort area. Stayed May 2025, very quiet all over pyrenees this time of year.

We liked everything, apart from small things. The window view was great, very quite place with nature sounds.

excellent family run hotel. rooms were pretty roomy and very nice. the restauraunt was very nice indeed. we booked half board and had excellent meals every night and a nice brekfast every morning. all in all this was a wonderful stay in Ordino!

Staff were really friendly and helpful, highly recommend their restaurant, it was filling and great value for money.
