Really nice, clean, cosy place to stay with great view on the valley and for good price. Everything you need is in the appartement. We had really late check in and it was not a problem. I recommend staying there:)))

Breakfast was great with plenty of choices, hot and cold selection too. The apartment is just a few steps from the ski lift and Spar is next door and it has private parking place that is a real bonus. Everything is in walking distance shops, cafeterias, restaurants. The rooms are spacious and very clean, ideal for families, even with teenagers. Owners are really nice people and helpful with any requests.

The female staff is very friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit earlier than check-in time and expected to just drop off the luggage to go paragliding but the lady let us check-in early (I’m super grateful), and then we checked-out very early (before breakfast) but she let us grab some breads for our way. The hotel is clean, the location is great. The room is spacious and we had a nice view. Overall, we had such a great experience staying here and I will definitely come back!

This is the second year in a row that we come here. Apartments where attention is paid to every smallest detail. So far, we have stayed in the Loft and Cozy apartments, and we can't decide which one would be better. Definitely worth every cent. Proximity to restaurants, shops and beautiful promenades along the river is just another bonus you get.🤩🔝 5 min walk to the cable car and 15 minutes by car to the Hintertux glacier🏂⛷️

Staff is very friendly, interior design is nice and inviting and views are incredible. Everything in the town is only a short car ride away.

everything is exactly what you’d expect and then some more. the space is deeply creative. I even thought the owners should probably be creatives in an advertising company. it turns out they are just very very creative on their own. 🙂 all details are thoughtful and make sense together and you can feel the love for beauty and fun and creativity in it all. exquisite premises, great views. great comfort. very very good cuisine. and super cool rooftop restaurant! (with an amazing dj!) and, above all, extremely nice stuff. you feel genuinely welcome. we loved it so much that on our last night there we immediately booked a follow up stay for the winter. I guess that says it all. thank you, amazing coolnest team! we look forward to visiting you again!

This hotel is amazing. The staff is exceptionally friendly. Especially Raphaël, he is always so nice and courteous. The decoration in this hotel is bringing a very loungy atmosphere. A quiet and peaceful place in rumorous Gerlos. The breakfast is very tasty. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is cleverly comparted. The wellness is composed of 2 saunas, which is very nice to make use of after a day of skiing.

We spent there a fabulous week this summer. It all started with easy access and a really warm welcome. Continued at spacious apartment, 2 bedrooms, every bedroom with separate bathroom. You can't expect fabulous views from the apartment, but quiet surroundings and few minutes by walk to the nearest shop, restaurant, lift or even the walking, hiking and bike routes. We are giving our full recommendation!
