All staff members were very polite and friendly. The receptionist does not speak German but speaks English perfectly. Breakfast was pretty good and the room was clean.

A lovely family hotel with nice staff. We went during skiing season and it is fairly close to the Lachtal pistes (about a 20 minute drive). The family were always happy to get the Sauna / Jacuzzi prepared for us at short notice and overall it was a lovely stay which exceeded our expectation.

fabulous accommodation. The area is beautiful. The host is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is filling and there are many homemade products for everything, which further increases the standard. Actually, the whole thing is the realm of rest.

We stayed there 2 nights on a ski excursion to Lachtal and Kresichberg. It was a perfect choice. Fantastic hospitality by the owners, friendly and helpful atmosphere, lovely alpine location. The apartment was as described, one/first floor of a house: two bedrooms, dining/living room with kitchen. One bathroom. The apartment was very clean, and large, comfortable for 4. Bathroom is large enough and comfortable, hot water service was good. The kitchen is very well-equipped with small kitchen appliances (kettle, toaster, grill etc.) and all other useful things are provided (tablets to the dishwasher, napkin, soap, towels, tea etc.). Complimentary gift received: a small bottle of wine, small chocolates after Xmas. Local tax should be paid in cash. It is situated close to the main road, easy to find, however the noise was not disturbing. 30 minutes from Kreischberg-Murau ski slopes by car. Ski boots can be stored in the garage. Detailed key instruction received in three languages (English, German, local), easy to get in. Good value for money.
