Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. We stayed for one night in June and had a great experience. From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm and friendly welcome. The kids club was fantastic, with a big outdoor playground and plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained and happy. The swimming pool was clean and great for families, and the whole hotel was tidy and well looked after. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended for a family getaway!
