Very nice and quality design. It is exactly as in the pictures, equipped with everything necessary to have a good time. Impeccable cleanliness, quality linen, and hygiene products available.

Hotel and Alexandra's hospitality were outstanding. We really enjoyed the stay and cannot wait to come back to this beautiful region.

We realy enjoyed our stay at Unser Berghof. The hotel is situated in a lovely small wilagge, close enough to Kitzbuhel. We loved the way it’s decorated with so many tradicional and charming details. The sfaff is very helpful, professional and nice, they have ideas and organize every day a little day trip for the guests. We mostly used the outer pool and it’s great, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, they have a sitting area and a terrace. The food is great, something new every day and so much to choose from. We had a halfbord and it includes also a “jauze” that is so good to have after skiiing when You return to hotel hungry and tired. When we are in this part of Tirol again we will definitely return to Unser Berghof and we warmly recommend it to anyone. Thank You dear family Unterrainer and the team!

Very welcoming! Super clean with amazing breathtaking mountains view! All staff were very keen to assist us and giving us info :) Super nice rich breakfast nothing less that the 4* hotels! Small soft play that kept our little boy busy with Lego blocks while we drinking coffee! As coffee lovers we were able to have unlimited coffees all day free of charge. Will definitely come back!! For families we are 1000% recommend it 🥰

Quaint hotel in a picture-perfect location. Super friendly staff, particularly helpful given we did not speak any German. Room was big and comfortable. We had great views of the Kaiser mountains!

There is really nothing to fault with Hotel Grosslehen. The rooms are spacious, ultra clean, have ample storage and have sweeping views of the mountains. The dining room and public spaces are stylish, comfortable and welcoming. The breakfasts and meals are amazing in the hotel and were one of the many highlights of our stay. As a non-skier (of a couple), the relaxation and three sauna areas and a small gym were fantastic for having some ‘me’ time. The facilities are ultra clean, and the wellness area had amazing views and was well stocked with fruit, teas, and flavoured water. There are also amazing walks nearby and we were issued a free public transport system card that could get you anywhere in the area. My husband who is a skier was well catered for in that there was a shuttle bus (to and from the lift), ski and boots storage room and a vast expanse of ski runs for his playground. The staff and the owners are the best! Bettina, and Marcus have done a really fantastic job in providing the best hospitality they can. Everything was thought of for the guest to provide comfort, wellness and enjoyment. Bettina is the best host - so sweet, warm and kind and every so often checks on you to make sure that everything is right. There were little touches too that didn't go unnoticed i.e. a welcome drink and snack, a welcome card in the room, and lovely good-bye present. All of this enhanced our stay and we were made to feel like valued guests and not just a number. It was a lovely and memorable stay and we wholeheartedly recommend this hotel if you want to be pampered and looked after.
