The location, the well equipped apartment, the arrangement of the rooms, the wonderful view from the huge windows, the heating system which allowed to fit the heat in each room independently, the two bathrooms with two toilets and shower, the number of the towels - a lot - and the bath robes. ANd the elevator. And the very convenient storage for the skies. So: everything . We want to come back next year.

Whatr a great place to stay in a beautiful place very close to Hauser/Kaibling ski resort. Fantasitic landscape, vast panoroama, spacious fully equipped apartment, clean, modern, comfortable.
