The accomodation is located in a small calm village. The flat is quite large, the kitchen is separated from the living room + 2 bedrooms. At the end it means there are 3 rooms where 2 people can sleep in each of them. The toilet is also separated from the bathroom. We spent 2 night with frends. Aineck/Katschberg ski area is cca 25mins from there what is may be not perfect, but still not too bad. The appartement was really nice, clean and very well equipped. The guests are very pleasant and helpful. I can only recommend staying there.

It was at a beautiful location and a great location to stay for those who want to take some rest over night while travelling to slovenia/croatia from Germany or vice versa. The host was great and changed the room when asked for a double bed instead of 2 single beds. Breakfast was good and it was very nice and clean room.

Charming little chalet in the mountains of Austria. It was located ideally for those travelling by car from Western Europe to the Adriatic Balkans. The whirlpool and the sauna were a blessing after a long drive. We took the room with a shared bathroom, which posed no problems. Everything was tidy, and the room had a nice balcony with a great view. The ladies who welcomed us were very kind. Tea/coffee/wonderful cake (!)/muesli were offered for free. The breakfast included a lunch pack with sandwiches, which made our further travel more pleasant. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

The people in the pension are really nice. We stayed there only for one night but we will have to try it for longer time. A breakfast was very good and for our kids there were prepared the places with small forks and knives. The room was comfortable and there was everything what we need. We were very satisfied and surprised how nice it is. Originally we wanted to split our long journey (for kids) from the Czech Republic but we found a place to visit it more.

The hotel is exceptional! We got a free upgrade to a fully equipped apartment with a small balcony, with a beautiful view of the village on the one side, and slopes of Katschberg on the other. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the room and facilities extra clean. Breakfast was also very nice. Parking places are also secured for guests. We booked this place to visit the Katschberger Adventweg, and we will definitely return, hopefully soon!

Family-run for over 300 years, Gasthof Post in Rennweg is just off the A10 motorway and a 5-minute drive from the Katschberg Ski Area. It offers a sauna, steam bath, and free Wi-Fi.
