We are grateful to Jess for the warm welcome to his home. The house is incredibly cosy and comfortable and the location is fabulous. The house is surrounded by mountains. The view from either side of the house is gorgeous. The house itself has a lot of space and all the details are very well thought out. We would definitely come again.

The apartment is so cozy and confortable. The terrace and outside table made the stay superb. We got help carrying the luggage from the car to the apartment which was very nice and helpful.

very pleasant accommodation with a great atmosphere, which is taken care of by the owner's family. Very helpful and friendly people who are happy to chat with you. I want to express my regret at the closure of the restaurant, which was exceptionally open during our stay. All the meals served were fantastic and we enjoyed them very much. It is a small hotel at a reasonable price, to which you will be happy to return.

It is a family hotel. Considering that the building needs to be renovated, there are certainly some shortcomings, but for us, there was great and I will only mention the advantages of this accommodation. Friendly host Mr Lorenz, spacious and clean rooms (we were stay in room 18, with two levels), comfortable beds, tasty food ( buffet for breakfast and for dinner you choose one of four dishes). This hotel is near Bad Kleinkirchheim and Gerlitzen ski areas. Good valuable-quality ratio.
