The accommodation was very nice, very spacious, and except for a few minor details, also clean. A big plus is the nice garden where you can sit, have a coffee, etc. Parking is right in front of the house, and a grocery store is within driving distance. The hostess was very kind – we asked for a later departure because checkout at 9 is very early, and it was no problem to accommodate us. Overall, we were satisfied, and the accommodation was a suitable base for cycling trips and via ferrata routes.

Perfect amount of space for a family of 4 - the apartment is well laid out with plenty living space and a balcony. There is a small kitchen and nice big shower room. Everything was clean and well looked after. Staff at the hotel where you check in were lovely and helpful It was a great location to access the zillertal valley. We made good use of the train that runs up and down the valley and free connecting buses. There are some good, well signposted walks nearby. We also visited the swimming lake in the next village (Shlitters) which was great fun and inexpensive. There is a small shop underneath the apartment where you can but basic food/snacks etc. We had dinner one night at a place called Grillalm that served schnitzel/wurst etc about 10mins walk and the staff were so lovely and friendly.

Nice breakfast (but in late hours, some food was out), better to go earlier. Nice and friendly staff. We have been skiing in Zillertal arena, it's approx 20 min by car, sometimes traffic jams are there, but nothing serious, better to check google maps before you go. Good place for walk around the nearest river. Nice to stay with dog here, they are very friendly to animals. Nice dinners, big portions for nice price. Great sauna. We have very enjoyed the stay here! Can recomment for 100%.

Amazing hotel. The building itself is so special and the way the owners have renovated the place is truly remarkable. The hotel is situated in such a lovely town and we had a great view from both rooms. The rooms are super spacious and the design is very special. Breakfast was amazing!! Very spacious apartment with well equipped, compact kitchen. Two large bathrooms and the bedrooms were spacious as well. The facilities in the whole apartment were outstanding. Plenty of towels, closets for clothes, large beds, bedlinnen, etc. The location is very nice if you want to visit multiple ski resorts in the Zillertal and have a car (or taxi) at your disposal. Hoch-Zillertal/Hoch-Fugen is 9min by car, Zell am Ziller/Zillertal Arena is 15min by car, Mayrhofen is 20min by car. Walking to the ski-bus (which only drives to one specific ski-resort) or train is quite a walk on steep terrain. It's not impossible, but we were happy to use our car. Breakfast is very, very nice with a very large assortment of bread, fruit, drinks, eggs, dairy, meats and cheeses. And coffee and tea of course. All freshly prepared and served with a smile. The service by Alexandra and her team was above and beyond anything I have experienced lately. Very personal and caring. We had to leave very early (before breakfast) on our check-out day and Alexandra offered to provide us with a lunch-pack for on the road. The pack was so nice and rich that is saved us from having to stop for breakfast or lunch all together. All in all, I would highly recommend this property for anyone who would like to visit multiple different ski resorts in the Zillertal area (we visited three areas in three days), specially when they have a car available.
