This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

The best hotel from my European tour (9 countries, 10 hotels). Everything is so new, beautiful. Many interesting details, tea/coffee/cutlery and plates available 24/7. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful view from both the room and the veranda 4th floor. Wonderful staff. Contactless check-in. Everything is very modern and beautiful! Large room, balcony. This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

Lovely location with astonishing views from the garden, amenities very complete including towels, washing machine, etc. A very welcoming hostess (including availability of olive oil, salt, vinegar etc), the passion for the llamas was very well visible when we did the tour, a well- trained dog for the kids to play with (or not, if you do not want to), the bbq with wood fire is amazing ❤️ we will be back!
