Despite our very late arrival, we were greeted with a warm smile. The room and the bathroom were immaculately clean, the beds were comfortable, allowing us to get a good night's sleep after a long trip. We found the traditional wooden design of the room, common areas, and the building itself very authentic and charming. Our breakfast with boiled eggs, cheese, and cold cuts was satisfying. There also were cereal options with jam & yogurts and fruit to choose from. There's plenty of parking space for those who travel by car. But above all, the service and the ambiance of Hotel-Restaurant Alpina were fantastic. The people there go above and beyond to make one's stay a pleasant one. Highly recommend!

Superb hotel and highly recommend. No flaws to indicate and the staffs were extremely friendly/helpful. Highly recommended. Jacqueline was exceptional with our sking and cheese fondue request.

This is probably the most beautiful place in Switzerland we’ve been to. Very nice rooms with amazing views (even the mountain view), excellent breakfast, very kind personnel always helpful, many options for eating, all very good (especially the Titschli), lovely bar lounge with a wonderful pianoman singing in the evenings (thank you G D Angelo for the enchanting after dinner music), fabulous spa and very good kids spa too (enjoyable by parents as well), not to mention the incredible scenery surrounding the place, and really good ski school. Just an amazing place thank you all!

Good apartment for stay with family . We absolutely loved our stay at this accommodation . Comfortable, well equipped, in main location of Meiringen. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with shower gels and hand wash. Our host was extremely nice and was kind . The beds were comfortable and we had enough blankets for our stay. This really is a nice apartment. The owner lives on site. Underground secure parking. Very close to train station. So glad we picked this for our stay. The owner was so welcoming and left us some local cheese and meats etc.
