Ski Resorts in Leissigen

I am a seasoned traveller (200+ nights/year in hotels) and the Hotel Rosengärtli is a little gem. The hosts are super nice and kind and the whole team at the hotel is offering excellent service. The quality of food for breakfast and dinner is very good (homemade jam, super yummy apple cake, excellent coffee and other things from local suppliers). Our room had a nice balcony with views over the lake and even as it was facing the rail line and road, it was a quiet room.

We just loved our time in this appartment and we definitely recommend it! - extremely clean, with everything mostly new, of good quality, and nothing missing, as well as nicely decorated. Isabel is very nice and had anticipated every possible need. The flat is very comfortable (with comfy double bed, great sofa & kitchen space, nice & clean bathroom / good internet connection ) and seemed to us bigger than the indicated 30 m2 and bigger than on the pictures! There is also the outside extension with sitting/eating area, that can also be used in case of rain as it is protected / covered above. Lines of trees separate from the other neighbours properties, so you have your own space outside. The neighbouring area is quiet and nice. The private covered garage (shared with neighbours) is in the same private building, to which you can have access just from the main road, this is so convenient and secure. Also, you are not immediately on the lake shore, and the neighbouring house doesn't allow a direct view on it, but the lake shore is so near, at a few steps/minutes walking distance (via a little road under the train line), with a beach bar where to have a drink or a snack. Also there is a little shop nearby (called VOLG) to do some food shopping, also open on Sundays. The train line is not far but not many trains/ and anyway we didn't hear much and it does not disturb at all. It was great to come back to the quiet flat & relaxing lake, after busy day hiking in mountains/ or after visits of Interlaken (at about 9 km) and Bern (47 km). Thank you Isabel for your kindness and professionalism! this was a great choice for quality/pricing in the area. / we had no time to test TV - and we didn't miss it! ___ I am adding pictures :)

One of the best place I stayed at. Location close to bus stop and station. Just infront of it there is a nice park and supermarket is close by to.

This is my second stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful starting from the reception, with a beautiful attitude. The rooms are super clean. The hotel ambiance is superb especially if you are looking to live the swiss Alp experience with its woody furniture style and cozy atmosphere. My first visit was in summer and the weather was good in the room. There is a fan that cools the place in a good way. The hotel location is perfect. Beautiful scenery surrounds it including the Jungfrau mountain. The area of the hotel is quiet which makes you enjoy the scenery more. Everything is within a walking distance, nevertheless, two bust stations are within a few steps from the hotel. We had breakfast and it was very good. The style of the breakfast room is beautiful. It lets you feel you are living in a swiss Alp home. The food variety was very good. They would ask daily about how you would prefer to have your eggs in case you would like to eat eggs for breakfast. Our experience in this hotel added a lot of joy to our visit to Interlaken.

Very friendly receptionist who gave us a detailed rundown of what to do in the town. Good breakfast with nice hot and cold selection. Close to interlaken west train station

We only stayed for one night, but we were very satisfied. It was very clean. The kitchen equipment was complete. The wooden room’s decoration was very nice. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location on the park with beautiful Mountain Views from the balconies and windows of apartment. Mario was a super sweet host and met us upon arrival. He offered recommendations on what to see…and gave us each a Swiss pass for savings on transportation. And we had a rental car so parking spot was most welcome. Walking distance to all! Love to come back someday :) Thank you Mario!!

Very cosy apartment, clean and stuffed with all you need for few days stay.

The apartement was very well laid out and spacious. The balcony is great to sit out on and enjoy the view. Irma is a great host and very helpful. Thanks for making it such a lovely stay.

Great location, just 2 mins from Wilderswil train station so getting anywhere was not a problem. The apartment had everything we needed, from coffee machine to dishwasher. We also had a basement parking which was convenient. Grocery store is 2 mins walk from the apartment. The host, Mario was also great and despite us reaching late at night he was there to welcome us and hand over the keys and also give detailed instructions. The apartment was neat and clean with fresh towels and sheets. Would recommend this property to anyone visiting Interlaken area as it is not very far away and easily reachable by train.
