The view from the living room is breath taking! The staff is super friendly and helpful. It didn't feel like a hostel at all, more like a premium villa friends get together type of stay 😀

It’s really really really near to the train station and city centre. The check-in process was smooth, all of their receptionist were nice, helpful, friendly and approachable.

Great location. Beautiful surroundings and view. Staff was great. Restaurant onsite is good but pricey. In general on our trip trough Switzerland the dinners were not memorable and cost significantly more than New York City.

First and the foremost, I had planned to reach luzern in the evening and could check in only late at night (around 10pm) and had informed the property beforehand, however I was worried as to how to access the hotel because there wouldn’t be anyone at the reception but the property owner had done all the preparations and made the access really easy and autonomous, there was nothing to worry about!! Secondly, the staff/manager were very polite and helpful. And the breakfast was splendid. Thirdly, the room was sparklingly clean and the view from the balcony was just speechless. Lastly, the hotel was worth it and I would like to recommend this hotel to anyone who likes nature, mountains and a peaceful ambience!!

The swimming pool is perfectly clean. The view is awesome other than that very calm and kindness. I strongly recommended to stay here!!! Also, there is a coop I front of hotel!!

Mountain location; quietness except for the lovely cow bells; well-appointed apartment; easy access to the apartment from the car (parked right out front); no stairs to climb; 20 minute drive to Lucerne; lovely clean apartment with a great kitchen.
