Fritz and Gabi are hosts like I've never seen anywhere else. They were very kind and helpful. We were overwhelmed by how they welcomed us—with even a basket of fruits and drinks because we had a delay and informed them that we would arrive later. The room is very pleasant, spacious, and clean. New facilities and everything very good. Wonderful breakfast. My young children loved the place. Definitely, on our return to the Interlaken area, we will look for them to stay there again.

Quiet place. Away from Interlaken. Pascal was great in explaining to us what to explore. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here! Given a room with a great view! Very easy to locate the place. Near to the railway station of wilderswil which is like 5 to 10 mins from Interlaken. Trains every 30mins to Interlaken or Grindelwald/Lauterbrunnen. Staff were helpful

Room was clean and had a great view of the mountains to view sunset. Staff service was excellent. Our sink stopper got stuck and they sent up 3 different staff until they finally fixed it. The receptionist who resembled Halle berry was excellent too. We booked the annex for the second day by accident, and she was able to connect the stay with Jungfrau for 2 days straight. Danke!
