Magical place, we had incredible experience, the food was amazing and the views really gorgeous !!! Our room was very nicely decorated and confortable. The people are so kind and even gifted us some drinks. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THAT PLACE ! Just go don't hesitate :)))

The location is amazing and the staff and service was impeccable. Ski on and Ski off was so easy. For a small fee the hotel can bring you and/or your luggage from the cable car to the hotel by snow mobile which the kids really loved. Breakfast in the morning and dinner in the evening at the hotel was just perfect. We can't wait to go back again. My little son said it was the best weekend package and skiing he has had.

I can't find the words. Most probably this hotel was the most wonderfull place where I have stayed. The view what you have during breakfast just like heaven. Stuff really nice! Room is clean modern with a good bed. Breakfast was great. I will be back, I am sure.

This is a high class hotel everything is new beds are very comfortable and the staff was very helpful. Location is in the center of town short ride from Luzern. Parking is free and specious.
