Very comfortable stay, everything felt cozy and homey! The check-in was pleasant, and everyone was polite and welcoming. Great location — step outside and you’re on a charming little street with cafés and all the essential shops within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Great roof top view. Excellent greeting. They even helped to change my flat tyre early in the morning with pleasure. Room was very comfy. Toilet and bath were excellent. Overall its worth for more than i paid. Will book the same stay if i have to come Tbilisi again. Thanks so much ❤️

The host is super awesome. Kind, friendly and helping. Offered the best homemade wine I ever tried. The house is spacious, the land plot is huge. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Cool city view. Restaurants do deliver food here. Close (15 min) to Mtskheta, a nice touristic place.

Flexible staff who were really helpful when I had an early arrival flight. The location near the main highway is very quiet. The room was a generous size and the bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

Since it was in the Avlarabi region, we were able to go to places to visit by walking. Morning breakfasts were good. Ms. Maria, who prepared the breakfasts, helped us, we thank her. The last thing I have to say about the hotel is this: We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and cleaning was done every day. They completed the supplies such as soap and shampoo. They changed towels and sheets every day. The hotel was very clean. If I came again, I would stay here...
