Very clean room, 4 beds in family suit room, perfect for us (with two kids). Rich breakfast and dinner with high quality foods, the hostess even brought biscuits for kids during breakfas, kids enjoyed it very much. The hosts were lovely and smiley, I appreciated the family atmosphere, it was very quiet and peaceful, had rained during my hike so they brought me a heater to dry my stuff, they gave me tea and warm cake, the bed was confortable (softest bed liners I've had in a long time!!) and the breakfast was big and delicious ! The house is a little bit hard to find but it's definitely worth going there, I strongly recommend!!!

The hosts Risa and Jimsher were extremely kind and helpful. They let us climb up their Svani tower, showed us how to make khachapuri and welcomed us with tea&coffe when we arrived. We enjoyed the very tasty dinner, breakfast and lunchbox that Risa cooked for us. Thank you for your hospitality- if we ever come again to Zabeshi, we'll stay at your place.

The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—a 5-minute walk to the town center and right on the riverbank. The room was spotlessly clean and had every possible bathroom amenity, even a shoe sponge. And we loved the soft, fluffy bathrobes 😌 The mattresses, blankets, and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, so we all slept perfectly. The staff went above and beyond, helping us arrange a taxi, a private driver, horses ride, and even providing free airport pick-up and drop-off. They also recommended a fantastic restaurant that we stuck with throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly and caring. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. Highly recommended!

Beautiful, scrupulously clean guest house in a simply stunning town. Breakfast was a delicious Georgian farmhouse meal with home made yoghurt and fresh eggs from the chooks. Superb location, quiet environment and fabulous hosts.

Very nice hostess, she took care of us like her own family. Delicious and large homemade breakfast with a wide selection, from which we also made a snack for the trek. However, when the hostess found out that we were going on a long hike in the mountains, she packed another snack for us and brought it to the room. There is a large garden and two dogs, one of whom just had puppies. They are very cuddly. Beautiful view from the balcony. She also did our laundry. There is the possibility to make tea and coffee at any time during the day for free.
