Our stay at this winter hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect — just steps away from the ski lift, making every morning incredibly convenient. Even on the most active skiing days, starting the adventure was a breeze without the hassle of a long commute to the slopes. The rooms were cozy and offered breathtaking mountain views. Coming back here after a day on the slopes was pure bliss. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed and the thoughtful details in the decor that created a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Breakfasts were amazing — diverse and filling. Each morning, I felt energized and ready to conquer the slopes. In the evenings, returning to the hotel meant enjoying a relaxing spa session or indulging in a delicious dinner at the restaurant. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist. They provided me with plenty of helpful tips on routes, equipment rentals, and even shared some local secrets about the best runs. If you’re looking for the perfect place for a winter getaway that combines comfort, convenience, and outstanding service, this hotel is exactly what you need. I’m already planning to come back next season!

Everything was great from start to finish. Staff were very attentive and friendly. Everyone made us feel like home. The dinner was delicious and the price was very good. Breakfast was very good too. The location is beautiful - gateway to the Dolomites. I enjoyed the spa facilities, particularly the sky pool, which has wonderful views. The welcome on my arrival was superb, and service was equally lovely throughout. Fantastic room with a super view and a comfy bed. Great dinner and breakfast - delicious food and lots of choice.

With ski-to-door access, Hotel Cristal is set right next to the Obereggen ski lifts. It offers Alpine-style rooms with Dolomite views, a spa, and BBQ facilities.

My stay was almost idyllic. From the moment I was greeted by Sophia at the front desk, the place exceeded my expectations. I had an extra spacious room with a balcony. The included breakfast was outstanding, so many choices from cold and hot options, juices, and coffee. The server Gabri did her best to make me feel welcome at breakfast and dinner, especially appreciated since I don't speak Italian.
