It was so close to the centre of Ortisei - bus stations, cable car stations and the restaurants. I was so lucky to spend a night here the room is super spacious and clean. Great breakfast provided and the staff are super welcoming.

Everything! The facilities, the design and feels of this Hotel are beautiful. Staff is extremely professional and polite, definitely most polite staff we’ve ever come across in hotels. Eager to assist us with finding ski instructor, driving us with shuttle etc. Rooms are outstanding.

The location is at foot hill and has best view of the city. I love the everything of the apartment. Willi was way helpful and available to guide and arange groceries in the morning. He was available at one message or call.

Staying at Pontives was truly a wonderful experience. The owners, Sylvie and Renato, were always present and offered the warmest hospitality, making me feel at home even though I was thousands of kilometers away. The staff were very kind and friendly. The room and facilities were great, location was perfect and the breakfast was amazing! The location was about 5 minutes from the main square and quite up, but only for 100 meters. So if you have mobility concerns it could be a struggle. If you go straight down the hill, through the square and continue straight ahead, you will get to the gondolas up to Seceda within 10 minutes. And if you walk down the hill, turn left and walk 5 minutes, you will be at the gondolas for Alp de susci.
