All was just perfect. The room, the food, the spa, the location. We have nothing bad to say accept for that it's too bad we couldn't stay longer. Everyone from the receptionist to the person who was in charge of the spa were super nice and helpful. The view from the room was jaw dropping. The design of the room and the hotel were beautiful. The hotel is super clean and breakfast was very nice. Dinner (not included) was exceptional. We hope to return next year. Highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend had an excellent stay in this Hotel! The room was well decorated and spacious and the bathroom was very clean and organized as well. All of our requests were attended. The ambient of the Spa is soothing and relaxing. The staff is amazing! Specially Laura and Federica from the reception that were lovely and provided us with great information about what to do (even in the bad weather that we got) and Sig.re Nicola from the bar & restaurant who was very kind and sweet and provided us an excellent service during breakfast and dinner. Overall, great experience!

We travelled in Italian Alps and stayed in several 5 star hotels and it was the best hotel of all. Attention to client, details was at highest level. Indooor pool is 32-34C that is a pleasure to relax at it.
