The breakfast is simply perfect for a long day at the slopes, a lot of good options and plenty of fruits. The x-garden with the finnish sauna and the mountain views were the cherry on top, not to mention the Jacuzzi. A special greeting to Eliza who was very kind to us and promptly answered all our questions.

This was our first trip to the Dolomites and my SHH was our first hotel. We could not had a better introduction. My SHH is the perfect place to stay and discover Val di Fassa. We stayed for only 1 night, and it was a great stay. The check-in was independent, making it easy for us as we arrived late at night. The room and bathroom were big and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. There was a small refrigerator, a 2 burner cooktop, a small sink and a microwave. Water, tea and coffee were provided in the room. There was parking outside and in a garage. The area was quiet, making it perfect to rest. The breakfast was amazing and it was varied with sweets and salty options. Location is great to explore the Catinaccio by foot. Thank you Franco and Verena for your kind attention! We definitely recommend it and will come back.

I stayed 3 hotels in similar price for this holiday in the Dolomites. Of all of them, Cyprianerhof was the only one where everything was perfect. As soon as you arrive, you are 100% in the Alps. The overwhelming view, staff in traditional clothing, fantastic local food, cozy interior... This is much more precious and valuable than the common modern chic style. With all of this, you can feel the 'genuine' experience that you can't have anywhere else. Above all, we were so lucky to be able to attend amazing concert. It was a surprisingly high-quality performance. Once again, thanks to both musicians for giving us an unforgettable moment. If you are considering other similar places, this is the right answer. We will definitely be back in the winter!

Best hotel in long time. Amazing breakfast, spa on the ground floor, inside parking, friendly and professional staff and a nice room just enough for a couple. We were really satisfied.

The most beautiful room decoration and facilities within our trip to the area. Very nice indoor pool, which also has an exit out to air, Sauna (dry and wet), slippers etc. Most worth mentioning is David, the staff member who welcomed us when we arrived in the evening and also in the day after -, explained everthing with patience and smile, kept the pool open after formal hours, so we could enjoy it after a long drivel, and even assisted with ordering us a table at a recommended restaurant (it was delicious!). Super nice - David, thank you!!

The hotel is situated close to center of Canazei, but far enough from the main road. The hotel is very well decorated. The food was really good both on breakfast and dinner. All the staff are really nice people and try to do their best to make us feel nice. The hotel provide a shuttle bus to the ski lifts and back after at the end of the day (Luka is polite and helpful). There are 3 car chargers. The barman Daniele is really good. We are lookinf forward to come back again. We can definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything is exceptionally good, the staff is so friendly and helpful! The spa is simply amazing, and the food is as good as in the best restaurants. I am a picky eater but I always found something to eat so that’s a big plus for me. For someone who travels with a dog, it was important for us that the staff helped us find a dog sitter for the time that we were skiing, which made our vacation much easier.
