The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

Location was perfect. Ski rental equipment outlet Rhythm was just outside the hotel. You could also return the equipment on site in the ski locker section. Complimentary shuttle services to Evergreen Ski School also made it so convenient. Rooms were comfortable, clean, functional and so well thought out. Absolutely love the cosy vibe of the property. Onsen in the property provided a perfect ending to any ski day!

The pictures don't do it justice. We were at the two bedroom house and the view, the furnishing and the decorations were breathtaking! Also there's 2.5 baths instead of 2 as advertised. The location is perfect - about 10 minute walk to the restaurants. However what really made our stay so memorable was the service team. They felt like family and were super responsive to every request on WhatsApp. From restaurant and onsen suggestions to helping us book tables. They sent their own car in a snow storm to rescue us from cortina when all taxis cancelled on us. Words can't describe our appreciation and thank you for making our annual family trip so perfect.

Mickey and Mary are warm and welcoming host. We had a great stay in Summer leaves. Trip to Japan is incomplete if you are not caught in typhoon. I am glad we were here when the typhoon hit for 2 days. We had great conversations with Mary and Mickey with cuppa and tea. I think the best part of our stay was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and even offered us rides to nearby places. Taiyo, one of the staff members, was especially accommodating and genuinely kind!

The location was perfect! We stayed in winter during the ski season so there were plenty of shuttle services to help everyone get around. the staff were all so lovely !
