The house was comfortable. Located among private houses, the location was serene and a real retreat for a break.5 minutes by car to Tsugaike Kogen ski resort made it abreeze to drop off skiers and pick them up when done! The heating was perfect and never too drying and the washing machine and dryer was marvellous. The kitchen was fully equipped and we actually made dinner in the house as going out at night in the snow didnt sound appealing! Mr Kudo lives next door and always available if needed. he even ofered to drive us around.

The property was so special - its location amongst the forest trees covered in snow, the design of the property and its amenities were all amazing. Sitting in the onsen whilst it snowed outside will be a memory for life. Gaspard was an amazing host and taking very good care of everyone. Helping out with advice on skiing and providing shuttles to help us get the most out of our stay. Further, homemade dinner was cooked every night to an affordable price and the vibes at hostel was really nice and including. This place really made our trip something special!
