Firstly the host was SO helpful via WhatsApp and super accommodating to the fact my flight was cancelled and I’d be arriving a day late. The team at the apartment block (payment, housekeeping etc) were all very friendly and lovely to chat to as well! The location was perfect, about 20 minutes walk to everything I wanted to see / do and less than 10 minutes from the bus stop. Plenty of shops, cafes, bakeries and restaurants in the neighbourhood. WiFi worked well, apartment was well equipped, comfortable and safe. I arrived after midnight and it was easy to follow the entry instructions 😊 highly recommend this apartment!

Oli, the manager, is fantastic, available, and very helpful. When we first entered the apartment, we noticed that the bed in the bedroom was broken, and she quickly reacted and changed it with a new one. The residency is calm and the neighborhood is fancy, safe, and wonderful. The Mega Mall is very near as well as resturants. I The ratio quality and price is very good. I strongly recommend Five Business-class rooms in R-house.

I like the whole place, it has complete facilities, internet connection is excellent. Television has Netflix, Amazon prime and local channels. It has kitchen facilities, washing machine and all necessary things you need in a home. It feels like a second home. Aina is very helpful, attentive to everything you need. She is also caring about her guests. She also gave information regarding the taxi from almaty, nice restaurants and clear instructions on how to find the place. The apartment is very secure and very near to restaurants, supermarket, coffee shops, bank exchange. I'm a traveller and tried a lot of Airbnb, hotels, hostels, apartment, but this place exceeds my expectations.

The convenience of having a supermarket downstairs for all our necessities, the close proximity to the city center, and the host’s kindness in accommodating a late check-in. The place was absolutely lovely! My friend and I were talking about how cozy it is, especially during the winter, as you can see the snowfall through the big windows. Everything you need is there—there’s a washing machine, hair dryer, pots, and plates for cooking. We loved it and will definitely recommend it! Hope to be back soon!
