The property is in a vineyard and most rooms oversee a nice grape + tree + lake view. I stayed at Aoraki suite which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is daily complimentary cheese board - minibar, chips and a bottle of rose are also complimentary. I tried the “Trust the Chef” dinner at the estate which is very good. Quality food plus reasonably priced wine pairing / wine menu. Breakfast was good - continental plus a la carte. Last but not least, at the retreat suite there is a very nice lobby, infinity pool and hot tub.

Great place in a great location. Mitzi and Dan were friendly and attentive hosts, and the food was excellent. 'Bed and Breakfast' to a traveller from the UK really doesn't do the place justice.

This accommodation is so lovely. I had just landed from an international flight and was so tired. The bed was so comfortable, I fell asleep immediately! Everything was clean and orderly. We were able to cook dinner that evening with no issue.
