Easy to follow check in and check out guide, location was incredible. Facilities inside the apartment were great and exceeded my expectations. The views were amazing - lots of windows to take in the scenery.

Exceptional accommodation and host that has thought of everything. Very comfortable and extremely clean unit. Close to airport and easy access to Queenstown. Would defiantly stay again if I every return to the area.

The property is in a vineyard and most rooms oversee a nice grape + tree + lake view. I stayed at Aoraki suite which is very spacious, clean and comfortable. There is daily complimentary cheese board - minibar, chips and a bottle of rose are also complimentary. I tried the “Trust the Chef” dinner at the estate which is very good. Quality food plus reasonably priced wine pairing / wine menu. Breakfast was good - continental plus a la carte. Last but not least, at the retreat suite there is a very nice lobby, infinity pool and hot tub.

It’s cozy with good taste. The owner is down to earth and very easy to talk to like a good old friend. She pampers us well with free snacks in the lounge along with a bottle of wine and some liqueurs. The TV has a variety of channels and we spent a great deal in the lounge just to chill and watching the sun go down. Our room is spacious with fridge, kettle along with tea, coffee and delicious muffins. We also made good friend with Benji the dog. Our stay was a very enjoyable 3 nights. We were aware of the walk up and we made plan to walk down to town do our things, finish our meal early afternoon and walk up slowly, it was fine with us and a great way to walk off the big meal we had ;D

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very unusual and stylish hotel room...quirky design, spacious, very very comfortable bed and pillows. Great location less than 5 minutes walk from the centre . I left some photos in the room and they emailed me within a very short time arranging to return them to me.
