It's located in Jurgów which is a small, quiet village. It's very close to the ski slope and to the border with Slovakia. The place is managed by nice and friendly people. Our room was spotlessly clean, warm and very comfortable. There are parking spots at the property.

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it did not disappoint—on the contrary, it got even better! Everything was perfect: the room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing, with an incredible selection. Modern, new hotel. Very helpful staff. Modern, weighty, nice stile in a room, animal friendly. great view from the windows, has a nice relax area (2 hot tubs inside, 2 outside , 3 types of souna and cold water tub) Good to relax after skiing. The hotel has a children room with a playground. All entrances are modernised with codes. We had a few technical problems, but they were quickly resolved. We will definitely come again, but maybe we will choose bigger room for 3 persons.

The hotel was close to the thermal baths and the slopes. The evening restaurant food was great and we had a great time sampling the local vodka 😋 Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and modern. The games room was a nice touch to have a game of pool, table tennis and table football. The gym is a tad small but perfectly useable with all the equipment you need. The ski storage area was great too. We don't generally go back to the same place twice but I'd be tempted here as it was perfect.
