Just a 5-minute walk both from Heiligenblut’s centre and ski area, the family-run Hotel Kaiservilla features a spa area with a Finnish sauna and a steam bath, and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The Großglockner High Alpine Road can be accessed 50 metres from the hotel. Beatiful location. Charming hotel. Not brand new, but with lots of personality. Friendly staff. Great breakfast. We all loved it - family with 3 boys (15, 15, 19)

A riding centre can be reached within a few minutes drive and the city of Villach is 10 km away. The facility is outstanding. It has a well-equipped JYM and Yoga studio, a spa area with saunas, a very good breakfast, and a public area (cafe, library). It is very clean and has a very Nordic design. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
