Hotel is absolutely amazing we were on a trip and we were very much tired and it was so comforting to arrive to the hotel. The staff are amazing .It’s very cozy. It is an amazing hotel!!Upon availability we had our upgrade to our Rome so it was a fantastic issue. Room and all staff of the hotel made our holiday an exciting adventure. People are very kind and respond to any issue. Also the position of the hotel is great for walking in city center.

    Great hotel with amazing staff who were always willing to help. Having a hotel with a sauna, steamroom and jacuzzi was a real bonus on a ski holiday and the free/frequent bus up to the Funicamp cablecar was great. We also liked the very large games room and hotel bar to relax in. We were also there for the Carnival which was brilliant and a truly unique experience. And who doesn't like 6am fireworks on a Sunday :)

    Spa very nice, I like that there were 2 jacuzzis, and both dry and finnish sauna. The hotel staff gives a 5stars GL feeling! Thanks to each and every one at the hotel!

    the reception staff were very helpful. also the apartments proximity to the Funicamp cable car and local shops. the spa and sauna on the ground floor was a great bonus. the illa shopping mall in carlemany is nearby which was great.

    The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and had lots of options! i went on a ski trip and the hotel is next to the free bus that takes you to the funicamp as well as one of the free parkings
