It was one of the best resorts I have ever been to. It's a hidden gem in the middle of the desert. The staff was super kind and professional, special thanks to Mirna from the reception and Moaty from the service team. He makes the best coffee, though. The room service food was amazing, as well as the restaurant. Thank you for an incredible place and an amazing staff. We will be back again for sure.

Lovely small hotel in Al Ain I was pleased with the fact that the receptionist spoke my language, it's awesome as they have staff from several countries. Nice little touch. The room was quite big and had a good quality TV as well as space to work and study It's a 5 minutes walk from bus stops to city center and elsewhere, as well as the Al Ain shopping mall

Located in the center of Al Ain, Four Points by Sheraton Al Ain is in direct conjunction with Hili Mall. The three-story mall features about 120 retail outlets.

Its my first stay in your hotel together with my family, its a friendly environment, especially in the F.O. staff.(racquel, eve) for the assist while we are staying in the hotel. Housekeeping also have a great job well done for the room, they prepare with the standard cleaning, and the amenities request always on time.

Situated in the center of Al Ain, the hotel overlooks a green park.

Amazing breakfast. Very convenient location. Nice swimming pool area with kids play ground. You can even have the breakfast buffet sitting at nice table in the garden attached to the play ground so perfect for families with kids. Staffs were very professional, helpful, and nice.
