The hotel itself is very clean, big and beautiful. The outdoor swimming pool is not so big but very good with wonderful view. The gym is not big too but very good. Both swimming pool and gym were empty every time I came there. The staff is very professional and friendly, customer oriented. Every person strive to resolve any request promptly. The transfer to the Al Khan beach is provided at 10:00 and back to the hotel at 13:00. There are a lot of supermarkets and not expensive restaurants around the hotel. We used to have a dinner and suffer at the Syrian restaurant in front of the hotel across the via Al Taawun - Khubz & Meleh Restaurant - the food there is very delicious and affordable, the staff is the best one.

This is beatifull hotel set up like a historic town. the rooms are gorgeous! This is a great place for couples, very romantic! The reataurant is nice, the service is super, and so fun to walk within facilites of this hotel! Definatly one of the most memorable hotel in my experience!

Our favourite place to stay whenever we visit Dubai. Everything is amazing. All the staff at valet car park are polite and kind and always helpful to park your car as soon as you arrive hotel. I will be staying again on my next trip, inshallah !!
