The location is perfect. Beautiful view as pictured. Super clean- has washing machine balcony and air con in main area and an extra fan, kitchen and large fridge freezer. Stayed with 4 of us and perfect amount of space. Beautiful decor inside! Had an absolute dream of a holiday- value for money is insane compared to other prices in area.

Very friendly staff l. I feeled very welcomed, i booked my stay last minute, and the staff were very responsive and accommodated my requests. The room was very clean and spacious with an amazing sea view and a big balcony. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to saranda. The hotel location is also perfect. You can find a gym nearby, a big supermarket and the boulevard just walking distance.

Everything was very beautiful and the architecture is really unique and interesting. The location is next to the sea with a private beach for the hotel. The apartment was very spacious with three amazing bathrooms, comfortable sofa in the living room and two very spacious bathrooms.

The housekeeper is very nice and helpful. If you need something, just ask whatever it could be - services or information. I am very positively surprised by their kindness and assitance in every matter. The apartment is large, bright and well equipped. Each room has its own, separate air conditioning. The apartment is located close to the beach and the center, it's very convienient.

View balcony with wooden furniture. Each room has individual air conditioning. All air conditioners are excellent and quiet!Everything is provided! The kitchen is fully equipped! Ideal location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, just 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket and several good restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The weather here in summer is hot and relaxing. The atmosphere in the city is festive and wonderful! I would especially like to note the friendliness and assistance in resolving many issues not only for accommodation, but also for organizing the rest of manager Pasha. We really want to come back again!
