It was an excellent stay at the hotel. The manager and the rest of the staff were amazing - well organized, helpful, polite, friendly, ready to help with any question. The hotel is super clean, everything is high quality.

The property is a small villa converted to hotel. The hotel service, cleanliness and ambiance was very good. The ladies Miss Alla and Miss Anni at the reception were very helpful and proactive in helping and guiding. Big thanks to them. Has chance to meet the property owner who was also very nice gentleman. We had such a lovely stay up here at the Casanova Hotel. It's located a short 10 minute taxi ride (always a Yandex available) from the center of town and is nestled alongside a beautiful hill and overlooks the mountains around Dilijan. The atmosphere here is so warm and cozy with a really cool 1930's mountain chalet vibe. Each morning there is a scrumptious breakfast with plenty of variety (and slight variations each morning). Then there is a restaurant which has a lovely menu with plenty of tasty options at reasonable prices for lunch and dinner. The staff are super lovely and accommodating. Special shout out to Vahan who has a heart of gold and speaks perfect English. Haik was also a champion and did a great job attending to our meals. We had a wonderful spacious and tidy room and were kindly upgraded as we arrived during a quiet period. I would highly recommend anyone visiting Dilijan to come and stay at the Casanova Hotel. You won't regret it!
