Loved the room, location and the staff. Room was large and airy with great amount of storage. Right on the slopes so really convenient for skiing. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Really good breakfast with great selection.

Alpen Hertz Romantic hotel was one of the best in our long history of skiing. The hotel is clean, looks new, the rooms are large and the hotel is close to the ski slopes. Excellent food. Dinner menu is wide: you can choose meat, fish or vegan dishes. The food is lovingly prepared, like in good restaurants. Plenty of vegetables. Large spa area at no extra cost. The swimming pool is open 24 hours a day. Plenty of different temperatures and types of sauna. Every evening there are sauna programmes organised by experienced masters. There is an outdoor pool. Great & quiet location at the upper border of the Fiss town, close to the center (but uphill back :-), close to the main lift, great views, beautiful garden next to the hotel, great wellness, all the necessary facilities for your bikes (parking & washing).
