This hotel is incredible. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast, lunch/snack, and dinner included in the room price was exceptional. The location and views are stunning - one of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed in. Room was large and comfortable, very clean, great beds/pillows. An absolute treat from start to finish.

Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Location in a mountaine close to amazing nature - allowing to relax, meditation and star gazing. Warm and relaxing swimming pool, slopes for skiing right next to the hotel, beauty procedures in Hotel Spa, good restaurant with a variety of menu - everything for pleasant stay and effective rest. But the most valuable for us was the family atmosphere and smiling, friendly staff. We will definitely try to repeat our experience here next season.

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is very freshly renovated, and is managed by a high-class Austrian chef and hotelier, who runs the property with love, which can be felt in every detail. Ideal location (20-40 mins car drive) in the middle of a number of famous ski resorts - Kaprun/Zell-am-See, Obertauern, Flachau-Wagrain. Just one advice/wish for future - the water temperature in the outside pool could have been just a little bit higher than just 30C, which felt a little bit chilly to stay there for long. Otherwise, the wellness area is quite spacious, comfortable and well-equiped.

I spent a fantastic 3-weeks vacation in this lovely hotel, equipped with all comforts and with excellent cuisine, which allowed me to immerse myself in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, enjoying the kindness and smiles of all the staff. Moreover, the Hochkönig area is truly stunning, with wonderful mountains and nature, ideal for hiking and mountain biking. I really do thank you so much again for everything!
