The whole experience was great. The hotel has a nice, cosy atmosphere all around, the food was good, varying every day and the staff were really helpful. The location is excellent, especially for beginners as one of the skiing schools is just across the street. We were there during a lower peak period so it was not crowded at all which was great. Definitely considering staying here again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay – it’s an ideal vacation spot for families with children. The hotel offers plenty of fun for kids: both indoor and outdoor pools, animals, a playroom, playground, and organized activities. The food was excellent, with the option of dinner as well. Don’t expect luxury, but if you’re looking for an idyllic countryside getaway in the middle of stunning mountains and fresh air, this is the perfect place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed—the friendly staff even greeted us with a glass of prosecco, which was a lovely touch. The wellness area was another highlight. We loved spending time at the pool and sauna, and the beautifully maintained garden offered a peaceful retreat to relax and unwind. Perfect ski hotel. Fantastic facilities: spa, boot room, bar etc. Great for three of us to have separate rooms with a shared lounge / kitchen. Great location for ski bus / easy walk to lifts. Anna and team were super helpful and welcoming.
