Staff were great and helpful. Especially Chris who helped organise our dinner plans. Front staff and reception and concierge were also very lovely. The location is great if you like to do bush walks. It had a great view, we were lucky with out timing of when we got there. However best to check the weather since it started to rain and got reallllyyy foggy. It's also not too far from the three sisters so we did the night walk there. This resort is a 9.8/10.

The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and nothing is any trouble for them. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. This is a stunning venue for a wedding as everything is there. The marquee, grounds and accommodation make it the perfect place.

Cottage had everything we need, well stocked kitchen, good washing machine, great bed, nice bath. It had a woodfire. Overall it was just super comfy. And the garden is lovely. It smells so nice when you walk up to the gate.

Three stunning bedrooms, two with a queen and the third with three king singles, all exceptionally comfortable and great selection of Pillows. Heating system was amazing, home warmed up in 15 mins. Gardens are beautiful Two separate bathrooms (two showers and bath) Location very quiet and close to walking tracks and sightseeing.

    breakfast was really good, large variety of food and very fresh. The room has seen better days although the staff was always on the ball with cleaning and all other services. some of the facilities could do with a facelift, I.e. undercover pool, spa, sauna. we were pleasantly surprised with the way the staff conducted themselves and genuinely happy to help . definitely coming back but maybe in summer.

    Our room was spacious and very comfortable, we had a most enjoyable dinner sitting the bar area adjacent to the main entrance. We very much enjoyed to the pool/hot tub/sauna area with outdoor pool perfect for a cold plunge. Very lovely grounds to explore also.

    Ticks all the boxes for the whole family. Kids activities over school holidays were great, we have stayed 4 times at this hotel and it is always a relaxing and wonderful visit. I love the Ubika Day spa as well.

    Great venue. Staff were friendly and very helpful. My wife loved the massage at the day spa. So many dining options and entertainment options. Two Doctors scotch bar is a hidden gem. Really nice to have live music.

    Great location, so many activities for kids, soft toy on arrival, pony rides, arcade games, cinema nights, an ice skating rink. plenty for adults to do! fun for everyone. there is a wonderful day spa, most comfortable maternity massage I’ve had!
