The family who runs the business is super nice. Meals were of good quality. Sauna and turkish bath, albeit small, are very nice and for free. Value for money is very good. I would totally recommend it and if I ever travel again to Bulgaria, I will stay again in the same place

It was the best apartment we have ever stayed in Bulgaria. Bright, clean, very spacious. Private parking just next to the entrance. Well equipped kitchen, fitted for the longest stays. Really large rooms with comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful owners. Excellent communication with them. Highly recommend!

    We had a very relax vacation with excellent SPA facilities (three jacuzzis - one is at the roof top), dry and wet sauna, two small and nice mineral pools. Overall, best value for money 🤑 Breakfast was very good.

    This is a boutique spa hotel in the centre of the town. It is maintained even if not luxurious. Our apartment had two rooms and a large terrace. It was nice to sit out in the terrace and look at the Rila mountain. The best thing about the hotel was the restaurant. The breakfast was great, varied, delicious and plentiful. We had dinner twice there too and enjoyed it immensely. The water in the spa is mineral and hot.

    nice pool area, spa, and especially massage was very good. Good breakfast, wide variety. good beds, nice view from the room. Red Wine small bottle wasn't cold (often happened during our trip in Bulgaria when asking for a glass)

    Great place for relax. Clean, warm and spacious apartment with comfortable beds. Clean and warm mineral pool. Infrared sauna. Great place for your stay if you want to avoid crowded places and at the same time to get the recovery effect. Great and friendly host.

    Everything was excellent! The hotel is new, everything is pleasant to touch and to look at. The spa facilities are very good including saunas, a swimming pool and a whirlpool. The restaurant is also very good (breakfast and dinner). Great view of the mountains from the balcony. The personnel was very nice. Next to the hotel there are two probably main sights of the town: a geyser and a beautiful old church.
