We were very well informed in advance how to enter the property using the Code on the Key Panel. The property address was accurate and it was kept very clean. It was a very quiet neighborhood and even though there was a school opposite, there was no disturbance at all. Very close to all amenities too. We were a family of 4 and had a wonderful stay there.

Amazing stylish and very welcoming hotel to stay in. From check in to check out everything was perfect. Decor is so beautifully done throughout the hotel. Had a chance to have some cocktails and table food on aerival which was delish and the barman was very helpful and accommodating - delicious cocktails. Finished my vacation with an early morning swim, water was nice and warm and a delicious breakfast at Bruno.... very delicious and a great price.

Pristine and new, very comfortable and friendly. Perfect spot for beers in the sun, overlooking the water and city. Good value! Staff super friendly, full of knowledge about the area.

Incredible Stay here, I just had one issue but this was totally outside of the hotels control, the walls are quite thin and the guest in the suite next to me had obviously fallen asleep with their TV on full blast and it was booming through my wall from 3 am till 4 am. The staff were very helpful and persistent in trying to wake the guests, and then also took care of the cocktails I had at the bar the knife prior as a small thank you which went a very long way all in all all of the staff, especially Lazaro at the bar were amazing. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Vancouver going forwards. I only have one disappointment, I was only there for one night and the pool was closed for their staff function so I wasn’t able to use that facility but I have something to look forward to next time!
