Everything! This family hotel is fantastic. The staff are lovely and very accommodating. The service was highly personalised. Breakfast was tasty. The rooms were nice, clean, and cosy. The spa facilities of the neighbouring Walther Hotel were lovely. They even provided a dog bed, bowls, and treats. I very much recommend staying here.

A classical 5-star experience. The staff were amazingly friendly and did their best to make you feel at home. The view from the room was breathtaking. The apartment was super! Everything you could need was on hand and of an outstanding quality. Location is very central. Dealing with Alpine Lodging was very friendly and efficient.

We actually stayed Chesa a la Punt so this review is for there in a one bedroom apartment with a terrace. All facitilies in the room and in the wellness rooms are modern and are constructed to a very high standard using top quality fixtures and fittings. As we went off season, everywhere was lovely and quiet which made it a great place to relax. We loved watching the wildlife from the window and saw the Ibex feeding just a short walk away.

We have been coming to this small hotel for over forty years and have never been disappointed. Quality of service and facilities has always been very good to excellent, prices are reasonable, rooms are nice and clean, complementary breakfast is superb and having an excellent restaurant / pizzeria in house means you don't have to go anywhere else in the evenings. Being right across from the train station (which is not overly busy) is always a major draw for us. You simply don't need a car to get around from here.
